Where is Dowding Water Gardens?

Dowding Water Gardens is located just outside of Mount Brydges. We’ve created a location section on this website that links to a google map so you can get directions from wherever you are. It’s about a 25 minute drive west of London. If anything is unclear or if you have any questions, please email us so we can ensure nobody gets lost.

Where will the reception be held?

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Dowding Water Gardens. It’s an outdoor event, so the reception will be taking place in a large tent, similar to any other outdoor weddings you may have attended. Cocktails and appetizers will be served to guests between the ceremony and reception.

What time should I be there?

The ceremony is scheduled for 4pm, so it would be a good idea to get there around 3:45 if possible.

How will I get home after I’ve been drinking?

Considering the wedding is taking place in a rural area and most of our guests are coming from London, we’ve made arrangements and all guests will have the option of taking our limo shuttle service. The limo will be shuttling guests back to London every hour starting at 10pm. You’re more than welcome to leave your car parked overnight at the gardens, we just ask that you make arrangements for it to be picked up the next day. Drinking and driving is not an option, and cabs are going to cost a fortune, so don’t hesitate to use the limo service…it’s free!

I’m vegetarian/vegan/allergic

Please let us know ASAP if any of the above applies, or if there are any other dietary restrictions. We’d like to accommodate all guests the best we can and don’t want to leave anyone hungry!

Where and when can I get tickets for the Stag & Doe?

Tickets will be available in early May, and can be obtained by emailing/calling us,  from anyone in our wedding party, or direct family members (moms, dads, etc). Each ticket will set you back $10 and you’ll be automatically entered into an amazing gender-neutral door prize.
